Welcome to laserdisc.party, the home of friendly video store chitchat and general bonhomie.

We're a movie-flavoured general instance geared towards cinephiles, movie buffs, or anyone who has a passing interest in film. Ideally, we want to replicate the vibe of post-screening lobby conversations or talking through picks at the video store. We want to foster an open, inclusive, and positive environment to talk about movies, their history, and their surrounding culture (and, you know, other stuff).
